Suche einen studentischen Nachmieter/in ab August für ein 1-Zimmer Soutterain. Das Zimmer hat 16qm und ist vormöbiliert (Bett, Schrank, Tisch, Stühle) und mit einer Kochnische ausgestattet. Zwei WCs und Dusche teilt man sich mit drei anderen Studenten. Das ist keine klassische WG, da leider ein gscheiter WG Raum fehlt. Dazu gibts eine günstige Waschküche und einen Fahrradkeller. Das Zimmer ist auch sehr ruhig gelegen.
Die Ubahnhaltestelle U6 Westpark (2ter Ring) ist 6 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. TUM/LMU sind mit Rad/Öffis in etwa 25 Minuten zu erreichen. Penny, Norma, Post usw. sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die 340€ sind die warm Miete. Dazu kommt je nach Verbrauch noch Strom (~20€). DSL/WLAN kann man sich teilen (10€) oder eigenen Vertrag abschließen.
