Hello Oktoberfest guests,
If you are still unable to find a place, I can rent my apartment for you available from Sep.15 until Sep.31 with 80euro per night(2 people for 120euro) and the deposit is 450euro.
The 1-room apartment is on the second floor with a quiet enviroment and is totally private with a private bathroom, kitchen and balcony.
To get to the Oktoberfest place in Theresienwiese you can just take Ubahn 6 from Klinikum Großhadern ( 2 min walk from apartment) to Gotheplatz in 15 min without any switchs and then walk 200m.
And it is also very convenient to get to the downtown by U6 in 20 min.
The room is totally for my daily use with a middle size crouch (max 2 people) and 2 tables and shelves for placing things.
There is also a bathtub in the bathroom, a microwave and a refrigerator. If you need to wash clothes, there are two shared wash machines downstairs.
There are 3 supermarkets nearby which will be closed 8pm with the range of 5min walking.
