Ich kann Dir/Ihnen mein 1-Zimmer Appartment zur Zwischenmiete anbieten.
Gerne ab Ende April/Anfang Mai bis Ende Juni/bzw. maximal Mitte Juli für 600 Euro pro Monat (Waltmiete 560 Euro plus 40 Euro für Strom).
Die Wohnung ist 36 m² groß und hell, mit Balkon. Zur Wohnungstür herein kommt man zuerst in einen Mini-Flur, von dort geht rechts das Bad mit Badewanne ab, geradeaus geht es durch eine weitere Tür ins Wohn-/Ess-/Schlafzimmer. Von dort aus geht rechts eine Tür ab in die Küche, wo auch die Waschmaschine steht.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert (Tisch, Stühle, Schreibtisch, Regale, Doppelbett).
Sie liegt zentral, in Sendling - 30 Minuten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zum Hauptbahnhof, 20 zum Marienplatz, 10 zum Sendlinger Tor.
U-Bahnen U 3 und U6 (Implerstrasse) sind 5 Minuten zu Fuß, S-Bahn Harras 15 Minuten, sowie zahlreiche Busse (verschiedene Haltestellen, 5-15 Minuten).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: 5 Minuten: Penny, Netto; 10 Minuten: Edeke, Rewe; 1 Station mit dem Bus: Lidl.

Bei Interesse kannst Du/können Sie die Wohnung gerne ab Donnerstag, 16.04.15, anschauen.

Hello and welcome in Munich!

I can offer you my nice and sunny 1-room-appartment (36m²) with balcony to sublet from end of April/beginning of May until the end of June/(if needed until mid-July) for 600 Euro/month (rent is 560 € plus 40€ for electricity).
You enter the flat into a mini-hall. To the right hand of it is the bathroom with the bathtub. If you go straight on, there is another door to the living-/eating-/sleeping- room. To the right of that main room, a door leads to the kitchen, where there is also a washing machine.
The flat is furnished (table, chairs, desk, shelfs, double-bed).
It´s location is central: 30 minutes by the Underground to Main Station, 20 to Marienplatz, 10 to Sendlinger Tor. The Underground lines U 3 and U 6 are 5 minutes on foot, S-Bahn Harras is 15 and there are a lot of Bus stations nearby.
Grocery shopping: Penny, Netto (5 minutes), Edeke, Rewe (10 minutes), Lidl (1 station by bus).

If you are interested, you can visit from April 16th (Thursday) on.
