Da ich ein Auslandssemester mache, vermiete ich meine Einzimmerwohnung im Zeitraum vom 01.02-30.06.17. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt ca. 28qm, mit einem relativ großen Flur, in dem sowohl ein Kleiderschrank, eine Kommode sowie ein relativ großes Schuhregal Platz finden. Das Bad mit Dusche ist weiß gefliest und bietet Platz für eine Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet, d.h. ein Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank und Regale sind vorhanden. Die Küche mit Cerankochfeld und Ofen ist auch voll ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung liegt nahe Harras, man hat also eine ideale Anbindung an den ÖPNV mit Sbahn, Ubahn, BOB, Meridian, und Bus/ Nachtbus. Fast gegenüber von der Wohnung ist ein Rewe und es gibt zahlreiche weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ärzte am Harras.
Der schöne Westpark ist nichtmal 5 min entfernt, eine tolle Option, wenn man gerne draußen Sport machen möchte, grillen oder sich sonnen will.
Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter der nicht raucht!
