Biete voll MÖBLIERTE, sehr gemütliche 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Sendling (Kürnbergstr) zur Zwischenmiete vom 16.1. (auch ein früheres Einzugsdatum ist nach Absprache möglich) bis 27.2.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. OG eines 60er-Jahre-Baus (ohne Aufzug). Sie hat nur 30 qm, ist aber gut geschnitten, geht nach hinten raus zum Hof/ Garten und sehr hell.
Es gibt einen Süd-West-Balkon und einen kleinen abgetrennten Raum mit (schon etwas in die Jahre gekommener, aber funktionierender) Einbau-Küche.
Das Bad hat eine Wanne.
Im Keller steht eine Gemeinschafts-Waschmaschine und ein Trockner.
Kaution: 500 €
Warmmiete inkl WIFI, Strom und aller Nebenkosten: 600 pro Monat, also 900 Euro für den gesamten Zeitraum (bei früherem Einzugsdatum als dem 16. wird die Miete dann anteilig berechnet).

Gute Anbindung: Zum 53er/132er Bus sind es zu Fuß 4 Minuten, zum Harras (U6) zu Fuß 10 Min oder eine Station mit dem Bus .
