Da ich letzte Zeit beruflich viel unterwegs bin, suche ich ab sofort einen zuverlässigen Zwischenmieter/in für ca. 3 Monaten Zeitraum (ab 24.08. bis 30.11.2020).
Wohnung ist möbliert (s. Fotos). Wohnraum, Kucheneck, Bad mit Badewanne, WLAN, Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller.
Die Wohnung liegt in Stadtteil Sendling, in der Nähe von U-Bahn Station Brudermühlstraße. Isar ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um's Eck- Edeka, Bioladen, Penny.
Es ist mir wichtig, dass die Wohnung ordentlich und aufgeräumt behandelt wird.
