Für einen Auslandsaufenthalt vermiete ich meine 32 qm Wohnung in Sendling in ruhiger Wohngegend von März bis einschließlich Mai 2020. - 3 Monate.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock in einem klassischen (weder modern noch alt) Mehrparteienhaus. Der Balkon ist zur Straße hin ausgerichtet. Die kleine Einbahnstraße ist bis auf den morgendlichen "Anwohner-Berufsverkehr" wenig befahren.
Die U-Bahn und S-Bahnstation Harras (10 Min bis Marienplatz) ist zu Fuß 7 Minuten entfernt - oder alternativ eine Station mit dem Bus. Zur Bushaltestelle sind es nur 2 Minuten.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert. Großer Ikea Schrank mit Spiegel, Schreibtisch + Stuhl, Esstisch mit 2 Klappstühlenm großes Sofa, Balkontisch- und Stühle. Der große Balkon (mit Tisch und Stühlen) lädt zum Frühstück in der Sonne ein.
In der Küche steht ein leicht zu bedienender Kaffeevollautomat, sowie eine Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank und Ofen mit vier Herdplatten. Die Küche hat ein Fenster und ist vom Hauptzimmer aus begehbar. Zusätzlich ist mehr als genug Stauraum für Lebensmitteln vorhanden.
Das Hauptzimmer ist schön hell (Balkon-Front) und hat ein 120cm Bett.
Der schwenkbare TV ist Netflix, Amazon Prime etc fähig. Ich denke, dass man damit auf Kabel-TV verzichten kann. WLAN ist natürlich vorhanden.
Im Flur ist ein Schuhschrank, eine Garderobe und die Tür zum Bad. Das Bad verfügt über ein Waschbecken, Toilette und einer klassischen Duschwanne.
Für eine Person eine wunderbare Wohnung!

For a stay abroad i‘ll offer my one room apartment in Sendling with 32qm in a silent living area, from march until end of may 2020. – 3 Months.
The apartment is on the second floor in a regular multi-party-complex. The balcony is towards the street. It’s a little one way street with regular morning traffic of the local residents.
The underground (Harras) and train station (Harras) is 7 minutes by feet and one station by bus. Bus station is 2 minutes by feet. From the station “Harras” it’s only 10 minutes to Marienplatz (centre).
The apartment is fully equipped. Large couch, 120 cm bed, dining table, writing desk, large wardrobe. The balcony got a table with two chairs.
The kitchen has a coffee maschine (easy to use), washingmachine (clothes), fridge, oven and stove. Also a window and enough storage space.
Main main room is pretty light (balcony front) and has a swiveling smart-tv on the wall.
The entry area got a shoe cabinet and a wardrobe. From there you can enter the bathroom with a regular shower tray, toilet and sink.
It’s a beautiful apartment for one person.
