Due to a sudden change in my plans, I have to offer my student apartment to offer from 20.08.2020 for long term lease to students or trainees. The studio is part of a Student Accommodation constructed in 2017 and with a kitchenette and private toilet. It is furnished with a bed, cupboard, table and desk. It is on the 1st floor and the windows overlook the central shared courtyard. The window faces North. Small pets are allowed in the Accommodation, however specific details will need to be discussed with the Landlord.
Located towards the south of the city center in Sendling, the apartment is 1 minute walk from the U3. Edeka, and BIO-markts are located no more than 2 minutes away by foot. On the adjacent street, there is a bus stop that has bus services that will take you to Harras and Giesing. The Flaucher Garten and Isar are also within walking distance (15 min).
I wish to talk to serious applicants only. Due to my current circumstances, it is imperative that I find a replacement tenant quickly. The new tenant should ideally already be in Munich and willing to take over the room in-person on the 19.08.2020 or 20.08.2020. Additionally, the applicant has to be a student or a trainee with an enrollment letter or certificate of admission (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung und/oder Zulassungsbescheid). If the apartment sounds agreeable to you, I would be glad to show you the space on the 18th of August (Tuesday).
