Da ich mit meiner Freundin in unsere 1. gemeinsame Wohnung ziehe, suche ich nun einen Nachmieter für meine kleine aber schöne Wohnung in einem privaten Studentenwohnheim!

Die Wohnung mit geräumigem Balkon befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Westparks und der U6 Station Westpark (3min Fussweg). Insgesamt ist die Wohnung in einer sehr ruhigen Nachbarschaft und man hat alles nötige in der Nähe (Supermärkte, Drogerie, Apotheke und einen grossen Park).

Die Wohnung ist schon komplett fertig modern möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Regal, Esstisch, Küche mit kleiner Herdplatte, Spüle und Mikrowellenofen) und das Gebäude ist erst ein Jahr alt.

Die Wohnung hat ein sehr grosszügiges Bad mit einer bodengleichen Dusche und Glastüre.

Die Grösse der Wohnung beträgt insgesamt 26qm.

Im Wohnheim gibt es noch im Keller einen Fitnessraum mit Gewichten, Trainingsmaschinen, Laufband, Rad usw. Neben dem Fitnessraum gibt es noch einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Internet ist in der Miete enthalten, man kann aber auch eigenes Internet von Vodafone buchen.

Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig.

Auf Anfrage schicke ich gerne weitere Informationen zur Wohnung. Wenn danach Interesse besteht, können wir sehr gerne schnell einen Besichtigungstermin (auch virtuell per Video) vereinbaren.

Einzug ab 1. November möglich!

Die Miete ist eine Warmmiete und es kommen keine weiteren Kosten auf euch zu (Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet schon dabei). Wenn man möchte kann man noch ein Kellerabteil und einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage dazumieten.

Achtung:
- Die Wohnung kann nur an Studenten vermietet werden und man kann dort mieten bis zum Ende des Studentenstatus.
- Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 1 Jahr

Since I am moving with my girlfriend into our 1st shared apartment, I am now looking for a new tenant for my small but beautiful apartment in a private student residence!

The apartment with a spacious balcony is located close to the Westpark and the U6 station Westpark (3min walking distance). All in all the apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood and you have everything you need close by (supermarkets, drugstore, pharmacy and a big park).

The apartment is already completely furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, shelf, dining table, kitchen with a small hot plate, sink and microwave oven) and the building is only one year old.

The apartment has a very spacious bathroom with a floor-level shower and glass door.

The total size of the apartment is 26 square meters.

In the dormitory there is a fitness room in the basement with weights, training machines, treadmill, bike etc. In addition to the fitness room there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Internet is included in the rent, but you can also book your own Internet from Vodafone.

The neighbors are very nice and the neighbourhood is very quiet.

Moving in is possible from November 1st!

The rent is a warm rent and there are no further costs (electricity, water, heating, internet already included). If you want you can also rent a cellar compartment and a parking space in the underground garage.
