Hallo!
Mein liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartment im Retro-Look würde ich gerne mit Vollausstattung übergeben, dh. alle Küchenutensilien (Wasserkocher, Toaster), Pflanzen, Bücher, Handtücher und Bettwäsche der Zwischenmiete lassen.
Die Fenster sind zum Innenhof und es ist an sich sehr ruhig und sonnig, allerdings ist dort eine (fast fertige) Baustelle, die jedoch kaum noch Lärm macht.
Das Bad ist schön mit Badewanne. Die Kochnische hat einen Mini-Backofen, sowie Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach.
Es gibt eine Schlafcouch für Besucher, eine Essecke am Fenster sowie einen Schreibtisch. Im Keller ist eine Waschmaschine.
Ende Januar entscheide ich, wann ich zurück komme - dh. die Untermiete könnte sich ev. auch verlängern.
