Ich biete ab 01.04.2021 ein 22m2 großes Zimmer zur langfristigen Untermiete an. Das Zimmer ist Teil unserer 3 Zimmer Wohnung: ein Zimmer ist an eine Nachbarfamilie vermietet, das zweite Zimmer wird 2 Nächte pro Woche zum übernachten von mir genutzt.
Das Zimmer besitzt einen großen Südbalkon in einen ruhigen Hinterhof. Eine separate Küche (Einbauküche mit Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine vorhanden) inkl. Speisekammer sowie ein möbliertes Bad können die meiste Zeit alleine genutzt werden (mit Flur zusammen ~50m2). Zudem sind ein Kellerabteil und ein Parkplatz vorhanden.
gute Anbindung an Bus/U-Bahn/BOB, sehr nahe am Westpark
Da ich Corona-bedingt nur sehr wenige Einzel-Besichtigungstermine organisieren werde, stellt euch bitte mit ein paar Sätzen per Mail kurz vor. Die Wohnung wir nur an Nichtraucher vermietet, Haustiere sind nicht möglich.
