Subway U3 (Brudermühlstraße stop) is right outside of the building. It only takes 10 minutes to get to the university or the city center. There is also bus #54.
10 minutes on foot to the river (Isar) and the park Flaucher.
2 grocery shops (VollCorner and Edeka), a bakery (even open on Sundays), post offices (DHL, Hermes), and a pharmacy are all a few steps away from the building!
For the duration of the sublet, you don't need to be a student. But if you want to extend your contract, you need student status or other affiliation with the university.
