Falls zwei Personen einziehen, können beide eine KVR-Bescheinigung erhalten.

Die Wohnungen befinden sich in einem Hochhaus in der Westendstr.174.
Die Lage und die Anbindung zur U-Bahn sind sehr gut. Aber das seht ihr selbst, wenn ihr das Gebäude googlt und auf google maps schaut :-). Ein super schöner großer Park ist auch gleich bei der Wohnung.
The flat is in a very big building. The location is very good. A very nice parc is close by.
