Hallo, ich Untermiete meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung ab sofort, zunächst für 2 Jahre.
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Stiglmaierplatz.
Ca. 25 qm mit einem kleinen Balkon, Kochnische und Badewanne.
Das Bad wurde in April komplett renoviert.
Die Wohnung hat ein Bett, kleiner Tisch, zwei Stühle, ein Schrank. Wenn jemand mehr Möbel braucht, kann ich eventuell erstmal auch noch welche lassen.
In der Kochnische sind Sachen zum Kochen / Essen vorhanden (Töpfe, Teller usw).
Perfekt für Studenten, da die FH und die TU ganz in der Nähe sind. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine im Keller, die gegen Gebühr benutzt werden kann.
Achtung, nichts für zu empfindliche Menschen, da die Wohnung zur Hauptstrasse liegt. Die Fenster sind aber super isolierend. Dafür ist man total zentral!
Bitte Anfragen mit kurze Beschreibung.
Miete: 780€ Inkl. Internet. Strom müsste man selber direkt zahlen (ca. 20 € Monat), damit wir nichts abrechnen müssen.
Kaution: 2,5 Monatsmieten.
