I rent my room in Studentenstadt for 250 euro from March 7th, 2015 until March 31st, 2015. It's a well-equipped single appartment with kitchenette(two stoves,a sink,a firdge as well as two cupboards), toilet ,bathroom and balcony including furniture(a bed,a reading table,an end table,a chair as well as a cloakroom) ,a heater(long distance heater) and the Internet.The rate of Internat is ideal generally.There's a shared room on the floor with oven, fridge and sofa.
The environment is quiet.And there're bars in the basement and the little square downstairs. There's also a small library downstairs just next to the building where you can read books and self-study.It is near the U6 line and it's only a 2 minutes walk to the Studentenstadt U-Bahn station. It's very conveniently located to supermarkets like Aldi,Kaufmarkt.( It only takes 2 minutes by U-bahn to Aldi,5 minutes by bus to Kaufmarkt,10 minutes by U-bahn to dm).
