Hello, I'm a student at TUM Garching and I just received an offer from the Studentenwerk for an apartment cheaper and closer to the University, so I decided to accept it and sublet my current room until the end of the contract.
I wrote that the offer is until October because I can't be certain that it will be possible, but I think you could stay in the place for a longer period also after October.
I'm allowed to sublet only to students, so I need a proof on enrollment in the University.
