Hello,
I am subletting my studio apartment with a kitchen and small balcony for the month of December from the 01/12/2023 to 01/01/2024 (but it can be extended to 7th of January).
The apartment is cosy and fully furnished: kitchenette with all cooking utensils, double bed (140x200) incl. bed linen and towels, wardrobe, desks. The washing machine and dryer are under the building. The WLAN is also very fast ;)
Also, the apartment overlooks the train but only one line passes there (S7) every 20 min (with the snow, it's less frequent) and the sound insulation is so good that you don't feel it much when it passes.
Total rent : 850 €
Deposit : 200 €
The building is new and is located in a very calm neighborhood.
Rewe is within 4min walk
Gym: 5min walk
You can reach different public transport on foot:
- S-bahn (S7) : 7min
- U bahn (U3) : 7min
- Bus 134: 3 min
And you're only 20 min away from the center (Marienplatz)
I am looking for a very neat and trustworthy person who can take care of my things in my absence :)
Pets are not allowed and non smokers are preferred
