Leider muss ich diese schöne 1-Zimmer-WOhnung in toller Lage (Fürstenried, in U-Bahnnähe) aufgeben. Man ist in 15 min. mit U-Bahn in der Innenstadt und man ist gleich auf der Garmischer Autobahn. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Bad, vom Raum abgetrennte Küche und schönen Balkon mit super Blick, da im 6. Stock. Die Wohnung ist schön renoviert, mit Laminat und ist superhell. Da ich ins Ausland geh, möcht ich gerne eine Ablöse für meine Möbel, die alle fast neu sind. (Kühlschrank, Kleiderschrank, Sofa, Schreibtisch..) Preis verhandelbar.
Man hat alles was man braucht in der Nähe (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Tankstelle, Apotheke, Banken...)
Die Vermieter sind total nett und unkompliziert.
Kaution: 3 Monatsmieten
