Diese 1-Zimmer-Wohnung hat eine separate Küche und einen großen Einbauschrank im Flur. Die Wohnung wurde Ende 2014 komplett saniert und hat Anfang 2015 auch neue Fenster bekommen. Im Flur und in der Küche wurde Laminat verlegt, im Bad wurde gefliest und das Massivparkett im Zimmer selbst wurde neu abgeschliffen und versiegelt. Die Einbauküche ist neu und gehört zur Wohnung. Auch die Badeinrichtung ist komplett neu.
Die Wohnung ist zentral in Fürstenried gelegen. Nur 3 min zur Bushaltestelle und 10 min zu Fuß zur U-Bahn. Man ist in 20 min in der Innenstadt und kommt 24/7 mit den Öffentlichen nach Hause. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, zu Fuß in 2 min zu erreichen. Es gibt mehrere Parks in der Nähe und die Autobahn erreicht man in 5 Fahrtminuten.
Die Wohnung ist ab 01.04. bezugsbereit, ab 28.03. kann eingezogen werden. Bitte per Mail kontaktieren um einen Besichtigungstermin auszumachen.
