Hey there,
For June & July 2016, I'm subletting my studio apartment furnished for a temporary work relocation.
A semi-separated kitchen with all one usually needs: electr. stoves, an oven, a fridge and the utensils and alike are of course stay at your service.
You know, the summer is right there at the door, and there's a terrace (with my terrible sense in measuring, I'd say it's an area somewhere between 15-20 m2?)

The ubahn station is literally 1 min away and the U3 takes under 20 mins to Sendlinger Tor.
Direct bus connection to Pasing, which also takes you to Klinikum Gr.Hardern (U6) under 8 mins.
The neighborhood is well 'equipped'. You basically could find everything you need for daily life within one block in each direction (Sat. farmers' market, dm, an organic supermarket, Rewe, Peny, and a gas station), including the Forstenrieder Park for any impulses for walks or routine jogging/cycling.
