ein kurzer Urlaub.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ein gemütliches Sofa, 160x200 Bett, Esstisch mit drei Stühlen, TV, WLAN und Schreibtisch. Ein Wandgarderobe die Küche und die Toilette sind vom Wohn- / Schlafbereich getrennt. Direkt am Eingang der Wohnung befindet sich ein kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC, Waschbecken und Spiegel. Auch Regale für Bücher und alle Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden. Das Gebäude verfügt über eine Waschküche, die jederzeit genutzt werden kann. Schließlich ist ein Abstellraum verfügbar.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer schönen und grünen Umgebung. Es ist im 5. Stock, wo es nicht über ein anderes Gebäude schauen und so einen schönen entspannenden Blick hat.
Die Wohnung liegt 5 Gehminuten von der nächsten U-Bahnstation entfernt. 2 Minuten entfernt befindet sich eine Tankstelle, die 24 Stunden geöffnet ist. Auch 2 Supermärkte sind 5 Minuten entfernt (REWE und Penny). Es gibt viele Grünflächen mit einem kleinen Park

I offer my 1-bedroom apartment from 17.08 to 31.08, while I travel on
a short vacation.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need. A comfortable sofa, 160x200 bed, dining table with three chairs, TV, Wi-Fi and desk. A wall wardrobe the kitchen and the toilet are separated from the living / sleeping area. Directly at the entrance of the apartment is a small bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and mirror. Also shelves for books and all kitchen utensils are available. The building has a laundry room, which can be used at any time. Finally, a storage room is available.
The apartment is located in a beautiful and green surroundings. It is on the 5th floor where it does not look over another building and so has a nice relaxing view.
The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the nearest subway station. 2 minutes away there is a petrol station, which is open 24 hours. Also 2 supermarkets are 5 minutes away (REWE and Penny). There are many green areas with a small park
