Hello,
I am traveling for the New Years for a month and would like to sublet my apartment. Dates are flexible, a bit but not too much. Its available from December 14 up to January 13. KVR IS NOT POSSIBLE.
Its a 27m2, one room apartment which is located in Obersendling. It is 7mins walk from the ubahn station and 6mins walk to the sbahn station. It has a separate bathroom and kitchen. Apartment is equipped with microwave, utensils, table, bed, cupboards, 27” monitor, a gaming chair and everything. Feel free to use my stuff(except clothes of course lol).
Edeka supermarket is 50m away. Aldi is about 7mins walk away.
I am looking for someone who can keep the place clean and sober in my absence. I’ll be happy to share pictures and exact location once you send me a message.
