Hello, I rent my neat apartment of 27qm while I am away. The subway station "Thalkirchen" is 2 minutes on foot with which you reach the old town (Marienplatz) in 7min. The Flaucher and the beautiful Isar River are almost next door if you wish to enjoy nature or do some sports (see picture). If you wish to discover Munich by bike I am happy to give you mine for the stay. Ich spreche Deutsch, Hablo tambien español. Je parle aussi français.
Flat is completely furnished.
Complete equiped kitchen (feel free to use it), wooden furniture, all recently renovated (painting, bathroom etc....which is why I appreciate an attentive and careful use).
