One-room student apartment in Obersendling, Munich. The room is rented from August 1st only to a current a student. The apartment is almost entirely furnished and includes a bed, a desk-table, wardrobes and a kitchen with an oven and a fridge and a small nice balcony. There are common washing machines and dryers. The building is new and the apartments really renovated. The rent of 695 euros includes all costs (heating, electricity, Internet). The apartment is rented on an unlimited contract.
Any possible tenant would need to be at a position to submit immediately the following documents:
- copy of personal ID
- income proof
- immatriculation to a German University
plus if she/he does not personally have any income:
- copy of ID of a guarantor
- income proof of the guarantor
3 minutes to the S-Bahn stop Siemenswerke (S7), 10 minutes to the U-Bahn station Obersendling (U3).
