The rent includes cold and warm water and heating. Electricity and internet are excluded and have to be organized by the tenant.
The flat is composed by one big bedroom/living room with a balcony facing south, a small kitchen separated from the main room and a toilet with bathtub. A cellar in the basement is also available for the tenant.
The flat is fully furnished. This includes: one 120cm bed, 3 cupboards, one large TV, one desk, one table and two chairs and a perfectly working washing machine that is currently positioned in the toilet. You can see most of these articles in the pictures, and you will see them in person if you decide to visit the flat!

Die Wohnung befindet sich 2 Gehminuten von der "Machtlfingerstr." entfernt. UBahn-Haltestelle, auf der Linie U3, von der aus man in 13 Minuten den Marienplatz erreicht.
In 5-10 Gehminuten ist die Aidenbachstr. zu erreichen, die auch zu später Stunde mehrere Busverbindungen hat.
In der Umgebung gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die mit einem kurzen Spaziergang erreicht werden können. Z.B. Lidl, Rewe und Alnatura Supermärkte, Dm, einige Getraenkemärkte und einige nahe gelegene Tankstellen, die 24h geöffnet haben.
In 2 Gehminuten ist der Südpark zu erreichen, der zum Spazierengehen, Laufen oder Radfahren einlädt.
Es gibt genügend kostenlose Parkplätze entlang der Straße.
