- this is a short-time "zwischen" renting from now to 25.09.2022. The time could be adapted but should not be too far away from what is posted. Daily renting is also able to be discussed, but not in a high priority.
- you MUST clean the room, especially you should be careful about the bathing glass, the kitchen oven, the mattress and the wall. You should frequently clean the toilet, the water tap, the floor to keep it clean. And you should clear the ventilation filter before your leave. If any of these are violated and was noticed and recorded by the housing company (Campus Viva Service GmbH), you should pay for the loss from the deposit, and the bill will then be informed after at most 3 months.
(You will receive a list about the target of cleaning, we will take photographs about these things when you move in as evidence. You could personally hire cleaning staff to do it for you.)
