Hallo! Ich vermiete mein Studio in Trudering von März bis Mitte Mai (Termine flexibel) und dann können Sie einen anderen Zimmer in demselben Gebäude mieten. Die Miete beträgt 780 inkl. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert. Es befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist auf der Südseite des Gebäudes. Es gibt ein Einzelbett, zwei Tische, einen Stuhl und einen Kleiderschrank (wie auf den Fotos).
Edeka ist direkt neben dem Gebäude und Rewe und Aldi 5 min entfernt. Auch der Bahnhof Trudering ist ganz in der Nähe. Mit der U2 undS6kommt man sehr schnell ins Zentrum. Auch zum PEP Einkaufszentrum und den Riem Arcaden ist es nicht weit. Es gibt Tankstellen in der Nähe.
Voraussetzung ist, dass Sie Student oder Praktikant sind. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und man kann sich abends in den Gemeinschaftsräumen mit ihnen treffen. Wenn du ein Fahrrad hast, kannst du es sicher abstellen.
