Ich möchte mein Studentenapartment während meines Auslandssemesters untervermieten. Es ist ein im Okt. 2021 eröffnetes privates Studentenwohnheim. Daher Achtung: Eine Untervermietung ist nur möglich an Studierende/ Auszubildende/ Praktikant:innen mit Immatrikulation/ anderer Ausbildungsnachweis!!!
Das Apartment ist möbliert mit den nötigsten Gegenständen, z. B. Bett mit Matratze, Nachttisch, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, kleiner Esstisch, Kleiderschrank, kleine Kochnische mit Herd, ausreichend großer Kühlschrank, Spülbecken; außerdem eigenes Bad mit Dusche.
Außerdem bietet das Wohnheim noch zusätzlich: mehrere große Gemeinschaftsräume mit Möglichkeit zum Billard/ Dart spielen; pro Etage eine große Gemeinschaftsküche mit großen Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Ofen und Herd; im Keller gibt es Waschmaschinen und Trockner (allerdings pro Waschgang 2,50€, Trockner 2,00€ ); außerdem gibt es ein Fahrradkeller.

I would like to sublet my student apartment during my semester abroad. It is a private student residence which opened only in Oct. 2021. Therefore, please note: Subletting is only possible to students/ trainees/ interns with matriculation/ other proof of education!!!!
The apartment is furnished with the most necessary items, e.g. bed with mattress, bedside table, desk with chair, small dining table, closet, small kitchenette with stove, sufficiently large refrigerator, sink; also private bathroom with shower.
In addition, the dormitory also offers: several large common rooms with the possibility to play billiards / darts; per floor a large communal kitchen with large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and stove; in the basement there are washing machines and dryers (but per wash 2.50€, dryer 2.00€ ); there is also a bicycle storage.
Das Wohnheim befindet sich im Stadtteil München-Trudering. Bus Stationen sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die U-Bahn/ S-Bahn Station "Trudering" ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Von dort fährt die U2 Richtung Stadtzentrum wie Hauptbahnhof oder auch zur Uni (TUM/ LMU in ca. 30 Minuten incl. Fußweg erreichbar); außerdem auch die S-Bahnlinien S4/ S6 ebenfalls Richtung Zentrum (in 20 Minuten ist man schon an der Isar).
Zwei Supermärkte (Edeka und Netto) sind direkt neben dem Wohnheim; Drogerie, Fitnessstudio (FitX) in ca. 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Generell hat man alles was man zum Leben brauch in nächster Nähe. Wenn man nach Bars oder Clubs sucht, muss man schon mehr Richtung Zentrum/ Münchner Freiheit fahren.

The dormitory is located in the Munich-Trudering district. Bus stations are within a few minutes walking distance. The subway / S-Bahn station "Trudering" is about 10 minutes walk away. From there, the U2 goes in the direction of the city center, such as the main station, or also to the university (TUM/ LMU can be reached in about 30 minutes incl. walking); in addition, the S-Bahn lines S4/ S6 also go in the direction of the center (in 20 minutes, you are already at the Isar).
Two supermarkets (Edeka and Netto) are right next to the dormitory; drugstore, gym (FitX) in about 4 minutes walking distance. In general, you have everything you need to live in close proximity. If you are looking for bars or clubs, you have to go more towards the center / Münchner Freiheit.
