19 square meters single room in a prime location in Ernstl dorm in the east of Munich.
The apartment has a private kitchen with two ceramic hobs, a fridge-freezer, a microwave and a coffee machine.
There is additional storage space under the 110x200cm bed and a big cupboard. The bathroom is really big with a private shower full of light, a toilet and a really big mirror apart from a second mirror inside the cupboard. There are also two working-dining tables with three chairs. Dishes, pans and kitchen utensils are available, aswell as a small portable oven.
The apartment is located near the Trudering station in the near east of Munich, as it is far from the crowds but still very central. The city center can be reached by bus/Ubahn/Sbahn in around 15 minutes (Sendlinger Tor via U2, Karlsplatz and HauptBahnhof via S4 and S6, directly from Trudering Station). There are numerous shops in the immediate vicinity, like Fit Start Gym 2 minutes away or Netto and Edeka 1 minute away from the dorm in the direction to Trudering Station and Aldi, Rewe, etc 5 mins away.
I am looking for a tenant who is studying or doing an apprenticeship in Munich (requisite asked by the dorm itself). Who is careful with the furniture and the apartment. There is a common laundry room in the dorm and several common rooms with games such as billiard, ping pong or darts. Appart from the private kitchen inside the room, there are two more common kitchens with ovens, which you can always use.
Fast internet connection is already included in the price and private for the room!!
Rental period limited: 1.March.2024 - 1.May.2024. Available also for shorter or longer periods (i.e + - 2 weeks) if needed.
The total rent is 800 euros/month and all the additional costs are included!!
