Die Küche hat einen Ofen, ein 4 Feld-Ceranherd, eine Kühlschrank und einen Wasserkocher. Geschirr, Besteck, Tees, Kaffee ist auch alles vorhanden.

Die Tramlinie 25 ist 1 Minute von der Wohnung entfernt, es gibt einen phänomenalen Bäcker um die Ecke, die Isar ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und in ca. 20 Minuten ist man mit der Tram und U-Bahn am Sendlinger Tor in der Innenstadt.

Für den Preis ist natürlich alles enthalten inkl. 100Mbits Internet.
Die 27qm Dachterrassse ist im Winter je nach Wetter mehr oder weniger interessant, aber in jedem Fall ein guter Ort für einen Kaffe Morgens oder einen Wein am Abend.

Bildschirm, Maus und Tastatur am Arbeitsplatz können natürlich auch gerne genutzt werden, alles ist ganz einfach mit einem USB-Kabel anzuschließen.

Ich kann gerne auch online-Führungen geben, in Persona ist das ganze natürlich aber etwas entspannter.
