I rent my apartment in the Untergiesing-Harlaching district for the period from 01.06. to 31.08. to rent. The apartment is close to the underground station Wettersteinplatz (U1). The apartment is fully furnished and consists of a living/sleeping room, a separate kitchen (in the entrance area and separated by a door) as well as a bathroom and a small balcony.

The rent is 1057€ per month – there are all additional costs, electricity and WLAN already included. There is no separate cost accounting. The deposit is 1500€.

Ich vermiete meine Wohnung im Stadtteil Untergiesing-Harlaching für den Zeitraum vom 01.06. bis 31.08. zur Zwischenmiete. Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur U-Bahn-Station Wettersteinplatz (U1). Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und besteht aus einem Wohn-/Schlafraum, einer separaten Küche (im Eingangsbereich und durch eine Tür abgetrennt) sowie einem Badezimmer und einem kleinen Balkon.

Die Miete beträgt 1057€ pro Monat – darin sind alle Nebenkosten, Strom und WLAN bereits enthalten. Es erfolgt keine separate Nebenkostenabrechnung. Die Kaution beträgt 1500€.
