Das hat eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung (Bus & U-bahn): die U-Bahn Station Candidplatz ist um die Ecke (1min. zu Fuß zu erreichen). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Tengelmann, Penny, u.a.) gibt es zu genüge in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Das Apartmet hat ca. 18m2, mit eigene Küche, Kühlschrank, Kochplatten. Dusche und Toiletten Mitbenutzung. Das hat auch zwei größe Schränke, einen kleinen Schrank, TV, zwei Stühle, einen Tisch, Bett, eine Waschmaschine und ein großes Regal.
Die Miete beträgt für den Zeitraum (von 19.07.12 bis 31.08.12)600Euro (inklusive aller weiterer Kosten: NK, Heizung, Strom, warmes Wasser). Zusätzlich zu den 600 Euro Miete wird 150 Euro als Kaution genommen.
