isar, schyrenbad, städtischer rosengarten direkt um die ecke. super anschluss mit u1 candidplatz , u2 kolumbusplatz + bus direkt vor der tür.
450€ inkl. fahrrad!
900€ kaution -
(wer das geld nicht hat, brauch sich gar nicht erst melden! hab das schlechte erfahrung gemacht, deshalb lieber vorher)
ps. im sommer wird das haus renoviert, heißt es kann etwas laut zugehn..., im september wird ne zentralheizung eingebaut. eine woche wird die wohnung zur baustelle, man kann aber in der wohnung bleiben.
