Voll möblierte und gemütliche Wohnung nahe Kolumbuplatz

Hallo!

Ich vermiete meine kleine Wohnung am Kolumbusplatz vom 10. März -10. April unter (Datum noch verhandelbar, je nach Bedarf auch etwas kürzer oder länger).
Die Wohnung liegt super ruhig in einem Innenhof, besteht aus einem größeren Wohn- und Essbereich, einem modernen Badezimmer und einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank (Den ich vor Einzug natürlich ausräumen werde).
Bis zur U-Bahn Station (und zur 58-Bushaltestelle) Kolumbusplatz sind es 5 Gehminuten, von dort aus sind es zwei Stationen bis zum Sendlinger Tor und drei Stationen bis zum Hauptbahnhof und zum Marienplatz :-) Aldi, Tengelmann und Rossmann sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.

I'd like to rent my room from the 10th of March to the 10th of April (The Date is negotiable and not fix yet, so it depends on how long you need the room).
The apartment is very quiet and has everything you need inside.
It's very close (about 5 minutes) to the metro station Kolumbusplatz, from which you have two stations to Sendlinger Tor and 3 stations to Marienplatz and central station.
Shopping facilities like Tengelmann, Aldi and Rossmann are situated nearby.
