Hallo, ich gehe ab dem 10. Juni 2018 bis 30. September 2018 ins Ausland und würde meine kleine aber feine Einzimmerwohnung in München Untergiesing für diese Zeit untervermieten.
Die Wohnung hat ca. 28 m2, ein neu renoviertes Bad und eine neu eingebaute kleine separate Küche sowie einen kleinen Eingangsbereich/Stauraum,noch dazu ist das Parkett im Wohnzimmer frisch verlegt.
Die Wohnung ist vollmöbeliert, hat einen Internetanschluss sowie Fernsehen/Fernseher.
Die Lage ist super Ubahnstation Candidplatz ist in 4 Min erreichbar, Ubahnstation Kolumbusplatz in 10 Min. Zur Isar sind es stolze 3 Min. Es gibt gleich um die Ecke mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Aldi Penny Edeka sowie eine kleine Metzgerei die Post und eine Hofpfisterei sind gleich um die Ecke.
700 € pro Monat, inkl Internet. Wg NK würde ich nach Verbrauch abrechnen für die Zeit.
