Hello dear landlord,
My name is Talha Akram, I'm 30 years old, I'm shifting from Münster as my employer wants this relocation.
The move is possible for me immediately (= from 1st June), at the latest by August 2023.
I worked as an Software engineer. Together with salary, I earn more than 2500 euros net per month.
An apartment in the city of Munich (central, south or east) would be ideal for me to reach both my place of work in a climate-friendly way by bike.
I don't have any pets, I'm past the party age, have a secure financial basis and would also claim to be a low-maintenance and sociable tenant because of my character. Though I like traveling, gym, and sports a lot.
The rent including heating should not be more than 1000 euros. Deviations from this are possible in individual cases.
I can visit because I already live in Munich.
