Urgently looking for a flat

Hello,

My name is June, I am 23 years old and I am urgently looking for housing , as I have to move out of the flat I am currently living in by the end of the month because the owners of the flat are going to sell it.

Since I will have to be moving out by the first of September and I won't be moving with any furniture would furnished flats be advantageous for me, but unfurnished appartments would still very much okay. Though I also would most likely be able to move in at a slightly later date (i.e. after September first) should that be necessary.

I would therefore also be interested in interim / shorter term contracts since these would enable me to look and find a permanent solution, but would also be very haply to find long term housing right away.

I don't have any pets, and I don't smoke or drink either. I was also born and raised in Munich and would therefore also be happy with a flat in the east of Munich, as I am most familiar with the area, but am open to all other possibilities.

I am also fluent in German, French and English and (also therefore) am currently employed in a hotel.

I would be very happy to receive feedback, and am definitely able to come and view flats.
