Looking for a one bedroom apartment to rent

Hello everyone!

As I recently joined Brainlab, I am now looking for an apartment that it is close to my work, which is in Riem. The entry date should be from the 1st of September on. The ideal for me would be a 1 room apartment/ studio, so please do not send me requests with rooms in shared apartments.

A little bit about myself: I am studying Biomedical Engineering in my Master`s, so my father will be my guarantee for paying the rent for the remaining - less than one year - of my studies. In Brainlab, I work in Research and Development. I do not smoke or own any pets and I promise to love and respect the place as it would be my own home. I would be interested for a long-term rent, as after the end of my Master`s, I would like to start my your professional life in München. :)

Amongst my hobbies, I can enumerate swimming, reading, hiking, so an apartment with a cellar would be really suitable for me, as I own mountain gear, an impressionable collection of books, little perfume collection and other things.

As I foreseen a long-term contract with the place I currently work in, I would like to live not farther than 40 minutes by public transportation from it, namely from the Messestadt Ost station. This is really important, so I would preffer that the apartment is not located in Pasing again.
