I like a neat, quiet and peaceful place without noise for studying. Like somewhere near the university of a place with easy transport to the university, LMU

I work at the Ludwig-Maximillians University in Munich. I like a place with: double bed, study desk, chair, bath tub, kitchen, living area, wi fi, washing machine, dishwasher and TV, heating, curtains, ward rope and good lighting. My budget is euro 650-700.

I do not smoke or drink but like to read, travel, and doing sport activities and relaxation in parks
