I am Pranav Ashok (m), 24 years old, looking for a 1-Zimmer apartment near TUM's Garching campus. I would be joining as PhD student at TUM from 1st Sep 2016. I am a non-smoker and a neat person. My main priority is a kitchen/kitchenette. Would also love to have a balcony, but it is not a priority. I am willing to pay upto 550 Euros incl heating and utilities. I understand A1 level German and I'm in the process of learning!
