Swedish designer looking for a 6 month lease

My name is Ludwig and I’m a 28 year old Swedish designer looking for a one room apartment in the central or northern areas of Munich. I’ll be in Munich for a minimum six months’ on contract working for BMW so any are close to BMW FIZ would be of interest as well as more central areas.

I speak a bit of German but I’m native Swedish with fluency in English. The last couple of years I've been mostly occupied with my design education and managed to spend one year in Graz, Austria for an exchange. Today I share an apartment in the north of Sweden with my girlfriend but she will not be joining me during my time in Munich. I have excellent references from my Swedish landlord with a good solid economy.

The apartment should be in good standard, furnished and preferable with easy access to parking. The period I’m looking for is between the end of February and 6 months forward ending in late august give or take a couple of days. (25/02/2017 - 01/09/2017). Rent limit warm is up to 900€ per month.
