Paid T.U.M. scholarship student looking for apartment in Munich / 1 Room Flat

I am a 23 year old Irish student who has been awarded the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship to study a Master of Science at TUM, I am EU citizen already of course but this scholarship also pays for my insurance, travel, and study fees, as well as €1000 a month for rent & food – therefore you may rest assured that I will always be able to pay rent.

I am looking to rent from 01.10.2020 until 14.03.2021, as I must do my second semester in Vienna.

I am responsible-minded and reliable. I have lived both with housemates and alone away from my parents constantly for 5 years now, since I was 18, between Ireland, USA, and Singapore, having sometimes done basic repair and maintenance work by myself.
