My name is Utku Emre Ergin and I am 24 years old. I am doing a master in Communications Engineering at TUM. I am a DAAD scholar and am working at Apple as a working student. I still have 1 more year to finish my master's, and my contract ends on November. Hence I need a place to live for at least 1 year starting from this November. I do not smoke, I do not have a pet. I can afford a warm rent of 700€ at max. Lastly, I prefer a place near to TUM, Arcisstraße.
