I am Alberto, 29 years old from Italy (near Venice). I am moving to Munich due to my new job, which is based near Riem district.
I am looking for an 1-room-flat/flat, for a max. 800/850€ per month. which is more or less the 33% of my salary (permanent contract). I'd like to be at maximum 30-40 mins far from my office using metro/bus.
