Female Erasmus Student is searching for a staying

I'm a female erasmus student from Rome that will start her erasmus programme in october in Munich, so i'm searching for a little apartment in Maxvorstadt since my university it's located there. I'll consider also flats, apartments or house, the important features are:
-it must be in maxvorstadt, nearer the TUM the better.
-it must have a private bathroom and a private kitchen.
-it must have a bed, so I will not take in consideration sofa beds since I will be staying for almost six months.
I'm referential, since I attend an expensive private university here in Rome.
It will be even better if there is the possibility to have bed lines, blankets and towels, but if there isn't it won't be a problem. I'm available for any more information you need to know, so don't be afraid to contact me.
