University student (23, M) searching for a 1 room apartment (Warmmiete up to 750,00 €)

I am a student of mineralogy, crystallography & materials Science (Ms.c. Geomaterials & geochemistry) enrolled at the LMU Munich university. I am coming from Rijeka, Croatia and in July, have finished my bachelors degree in geological sciences (cum Laude) at the faculty of Natural science of the University of Zagreb (2018-2021). My studies are beginning on the 18th of October, but I would most likely move in a few days earlier and am also ready to pay the rent from the start of October as to reserve a place in somebody's apartment offering. Non-Smoker, socially shy and therefore not really the type to organize loud parties :). During the academic year, mostly focused on my studies and will also be actively searching a part time job (probably will be trying to find a job as a research assistant on the Uni or a paid student internship). I like to spend my free time by reading books, mountaineering, sightseeing. Concerning the language skills, I hold a C1 Goethe Zertifikat in german, and a C1 certificate in English. I also know the basics of Chinese (A1). Looking for an apartment with a kitchennete/kitchen , bath, internet, bed, working table and wardrobe closet. A washing machine would also be a great fit.
