TUM Master`s degree student searching for a place to live

Starting with this October I will be a Master`s degree student at the Technical University of Munchen (Biomedical Engineering and Medical Physics), so I am looking for a place to live during my studies. (MAX 700 euro warm)

Paying the rent will not be a problem, as my parents work in Germany and I will also find a job as soon as I will start my semester and as soon as I will have a place to live. Also, I was an engineer at Bosch for one year, so I have some savings.

Some things about me: I am starting to learn the German language, but right now I don`t feel confident to write and speak in German, but in some months sure I will do. I am studious, so most of the time I will be reading courses and also reading books. I also enjoy outdoor activities of all kinds. I will consider the place I stay as my own home, so I will take good care of it. When I come back to the place I live, I like that place to be clean, organized and safe. Also, I don`t smoke and I don`t own a pet.

I currently live in Germany, Worms, where my parents work.
