Looking for a 1 to 2 room flat to call home!

Hello !

My name is Rebecca, I am originally from San Francisco and have lived and worked in Munich full time since 2014. At the moment I am living alone in lovely flat in the center. Unfortunately the owner will be returning later this year and i am needing to find a new flat. I am really hoping to find a place with an oven because I love to bake and some nice light because I also love to sew.

I would like a place not too far from the center, slightly furnished, warm including Internet and cost up to 1300 € at most. I do not smoke, do not have have any pets and have a good rental history. I like to think that I am a very friendly, clean and respectful tenant. I can provide copies of my work contract, 3 months of my most recent pay slips and anything else you may need.

I am hoping to find a place that will be available in November due to needing to move by December 1st.
