Hi, this is Priscilla from Hong Kong and I am looking for a 1/2-room apartment for long-term stay! 😄
I am a 24-year-old Master’s student at LMU studying Evolution, Ecology and Systematics at Martinsried campus. In my free time, I enjoy trying out new cafes, bouldering, jamming music, and playing board games. I’m a non-smoker and I have no pets either.
I’m looking for a 1-room apartment with warm rent no more than 800€. Private student housing is surely welcomed! I would prefer to have my own bathroom and kitchen(ette), but compromises can be made if the rent is reasonably lower! Furnished apartment would be a plus, or I can take over your furnitures for a price too. Move-in any time (as soon as possible). Latest on 15 October, 2023.
