Doktorand sucht 1-Zimmer-Wohnung (Sep-Nov) // Doctoral candidate searching for studio

Hello from New York City!

I’m Collin, a PhD Candidate in Artificial Intelligence and Medical Technologies at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in NYC. I was recently awarded a grant to start a research collaboration with Helmholtz Zentrum München this fall! I speak English, Spanish, and am learning German.

I am looking for short-term housing September 1-November 30 (some flexibility), either a room in a WG or studio.I would prefer to rent a room that is already furnished if possible (table, chair, bed, closet). I would like a WG where it is possible to work from home as well (good internet connection + desk). I am living in the United States, so a virtual tour of the apartment would be appreciated.

As a tenant, I am clean and tidy. I’ve been living in a shared apartment the past couple of years and lived in my own studio before that. I’m kind, open-minded, and easy-going. Outside of work, I travel, hike, gym, read, cook, and stay active. I am a quiet tenant and like to relax when at home.
